Located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Lotus is a community-based mental health program supporting adults in Marlborough and surrounding communities living with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other persistent mental health conditions who are looking for connection and structure. Which means:

- You are more than a diagnosis.
- We work together, side-by-side as members and staff, to make change happen.
At Lotus, members are welcomed into a supportive community where everyone contributes, and everyone is appreciated. The clubhouse is built on relationships, shared responsibility, and the belief that healing happens best in community. Members choose how they want to participate each day, working alongside peers and staff in purposeful activities that keep the clubhouse running.
What Happens at Lotus?
Each day at Lotus is organized around a structured work-ordered day, where members and staff collaborate to operate the clubhouse and support one another’s growth. Activities may include: administrative and communications work, supporting clubhouse operations, planning events, participating in life skills activities, developing employment goals and more.
Through these shared responsibilities, members build confidence, develop practical skills, and strengthen connections with others.
Find Your Place at Lotus
Membership at Lotus is free and completely voluntary. You choose how often you attend and how involved you want to be. You do not need to be “ready” for work. You simply need to be interested in joining a supportive community.

Eligibility Requirements
To become a member, you must simply:
- Be interested in participating in the Clubhouse community
- Have a diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness

We’ll Help You Get Here
Lotus Location: 82 Brigham St, Marlborough, MA 01752
We can provide daily transportation for eligible members to and from Lotus. Transportation is available for members living in:
Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Northborough, Southborough, Sudbury, and Westborough.
Transportation services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you need assistance getting to the Clubhouse, please contact us to discuss your options.
